We understand that your decisions may change and are happy to return or exchange your online purchases within 14 days of receipt. Please note that all jewelry, accessories, lingerie and sale items are final sale, for which we will not be able to accept a return/exchange on. Only unworn, unaltered, and unwashed item(s) with all original tags attached in original condition may be returned/exchanged.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable (a shipping charge of CA$15/$20 will be deducted for orders that qualified for free shipping).

We currently do not accept returns/exchanges from outside of Canada/US. Please be aware that if you ship your item(s) for return/exchange, it will not be processed and a refund/exchange will not be performed.
How to Return/Exchange:
Please contact us at email@example.com for all returns/exchanges with the order number of item(s) for return/exchange. Please wait for us to contact you prior to shipping out the item! All items must be shipped within 3 days from approval date and tracking number must be provided in order to continue the process.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment or you may chose to receive a store credit. All customs, duties and/or taxes charged on returns will be deducted from the refund or charged on the exchange.
We will do our best to fulfil your exchange request. If your desired replacement item is no longer available we will help you find another item you like, or process a refund or store credit if the item falls within our return policy.
It may take up to 30 days for you to receive your refund (including store credit)/exchange after we receive the package due to time needed to process the return, time it takes for your bank to process our refund request, and/or time needed for the new package to arrive. We'll notify you via E-mail of your refund/exchange once we've received and processed the returned/exchanged item(s).
Room 29 is not responsible for postage on returns/exchanges (you will be required to pay additional postage on exchanged item(s) shipped to you). We recommend for you to ship all items using trackable mail and purchase the applicable insurance coverage for the item(s). We are not liable for lost item(s) or any damages that are caused during the shipping process (please contact your courier if this occurs).
